Miran Mccash

Run Coach, Mom, Sweat & Sneakers Founder, and Educator

Running was a place where I felt like I belonged. As a coach, I want my athletes to feel like they belong in a community. My approach to coaching is building a relationship first before we get to the nitty and gritty.  I am a huge believer in modifying workouts when needed because we are all going through the different waves of life. My goal is for you to believe you can achieve your goals in running and in making movement a lifetime hobby.

Morgan Schank

Run Coach, Designer, Entrepreneur and Co-Vice President of Women's Running Coaches Collective.

Running has been apart of my life since I was 7 years old when I started running 5ks with my Dad! I went through a decade long stint of high intensity running including 4 years at the D1 Collegiate level.

When moving to Seattle in 2018, I invested more in the community of running and fell into coaching on accident. Best accident I have ever had, and I look forward to meeting all of you where you are at on your running journey!

Experience:

  • Coaching for the last 4+ years

  • Former D1 Track & Cross Country Athlete at Kent State University
